We strive to ship orders quickly and efficiently so you receive your products fresh and on time.

1. Processing Times

Every order is carefully prepared by our small team.
Processing may take a few extra days — we promise it’s worth the wait.

  • 2-5 business days (Monday–Friday)

During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may increase slightly.

2. Shipping Carriers

We ship using:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

We do not currently use USPS.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Distance

  • Carrier-selected method

We do not mark up shipping rates.

4. Delivery Issues

3 Seeds Co. is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

Please contact the carrier directly for delivery-related issues.

5. Missing or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged or missing an item:

  • Notify us within 72 hours

  • Provide photos for evaluation

We may issue replacements or store credit if appropriate.

6. Shipping Locations

We ship within the United States.
