Return Policy

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final. However, we want you to love your order, and we will help if something goes wrong.

1. No Returns on Food Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or unopened food products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Orders placed in error
  • Changes of mind

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the package and product
  • Include your order number

We may offer replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed. Once shipped, they cannot be canceled or refunded.
